The beautiful Hamptons style home is situated on the top of a hill with pristine views of the city. The property incorporates modern, reliable and future ready electrical system designed to match the home’s timeless aesthetic.
From initial infrastructure through to lighting, data, and outdoor power, this project required careful planning and coordination to ensure both performance and presentation were flawless.
Electrical Infrastructure & Supply
For this new build, we installed a new property pole, switchboard and underground mains cabling. This provided a strong and compliant power supply while maintaining the clean exterior lines expected of a Hamptons-inspired design.
The underground mains ensured a discreet finish with no visual clutter, supporting the overall look of the property while delivering reliable power capacity for current and future needs.
Internal Power, Lighting & Data
Inside the home, we completed a full power, lighting, and data installation, tailored to suit modern family living.
Key inclusions were:
- Power and control provisions for an internal lift shaft
- Pre-wiring for a future EV charger, allowing the homeowners to upgrade with ease down the track
- Strategically placed power outlets and data points for functionality and flexibility
- A lighting layout designed to complement the architectural features and enhance the home’s natural light
- Exquisite feature lighting in the kitchen, wine cellar, bathrooms and pool area.

Pool Area & Cabana Electrical Works
Outdoor areas were just as important on this project. We supplied and installed power and lighting for the pool area and cabana, creating a space that is both functional and inviting day or night.
